"I was so pleased with the service Richard and Caroline provided. They were quick to get started and worked solidly for the 3 hours they were there. They checked in with me to see how I was doing and were aware of my cat and checked to see where she was before opening external doors (Always a tick from me if people take an interest in my furbaby.)
